How does the Emergency Siren work if the phone is locked?
PulsePair uses a native Android Foreground Service with full-screen intent permissions. When your partner triggers an SOS ring, your phone bypasses silent mode and displays the full-screen alarm screen with high-priority audio.
Will PulsePair drain my phone battery?
PulsePair is heavily optimized. GPS polling is automatically throttled when neither partner is actively looking at the app, and memory consumption is strictly capped.
