By downloading, installing, or using PulsePair, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Mutual Consent & Permitted Use

PulsePair is designed exclusively for mutual, voluntary use between consenting romantic partners.

• You agree not to install the application on any device without the explicit knowledge and permission of the device owner.
• You agree not to use PulsePair for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or stalking.

3. Emergency Siren & SOS Feature Disclaimer

PulsePair provides an audible lock-screen emergency siren intended as a communication tool between partners. PulsePair is NOT a replacement for emergency 911/119 services or professional first responders. In any life-threatening emergency, always contact local emergency authorities directly.

4. Limitation of Liability

PulsePair and Minto Software Solutions provide the application on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server availability or 100% real-time GPS accuracy under adverse network or hardware conditions.
