By downloading, installing, or using PulsePair, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the application.

2. Mutual Consent & Permitted Use

PulsePair is designed exclusively for mutual, voluntary use between consenting romantic partners.

• You agree not to install the application on any device without the explicit knowledge and permission of the device owner.
• You agree not to use the application for unauthorized tracking, stalking, or harassment.

3. Service Availability & Emergency Features

While PulsePair includes high-priority emergency sirens and WebSocket delivery, the service relies on third-party mobile networks and device operating systems. It is not a replacement for official local emergency services (e.g. 911/112).
